Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customised Name Plates

Because personalised name plates are made specifically to the customer's selected name, size, shape and style, orders cannot be cancelled and no refund is available once production has started.

Before Production

If you contact us before production begins, we may review a cancellation/change request based on the actual production status. Approval is not automatic and will depend on whether manufacturing work or material preparation has already started.

Incorrect Customer Details

Customers must verify spelling, house/flat number, size, shape and style before confirming the order. Jalaram Art is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Damaged / Incorrect Product

If the delivered product is damaged or materially different from the confirmed order due to an error by Jalaram Art, contact us promptly with clear photographs and order details. After verification, we may arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Payment Failures / Duplicate Payments

If a payment is debited but the order is not successfully confirmed, contact us with the transaction details. Any eligible reversal/refund will be handled after verification and through the applicable payment/banking process.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed to the original payment method. Actual credit timing depends on the payment provider and bank.

75% Advance

A minimum 75% advance is required to start production. The remaining 25% is payable before dispatch/delivery. The advance becomes non-refundable once production has started, subject to applicable law and the damaged/incorrect-product resolution described above.
